School Buddy: Complete School Management Software
School Buddy was developed as a complete operational system for schools rather than only as an online portal.
Core school data and routine daily work were maintained within the school environment. This allowed staff to continue using the system even when internet connectivity was slow or unavailable.
Internet connectivity was used only for selected services that genuinely required it, particularly online fee collection and transaction exchange.
Student, fee, exam and administrative data remained available through the school’s own local setup.
Routine operations did not stop because of poor or unavailable internet connectivity.
Online fee collection was connected only where internet access and payment gateway services were required.

Are all organisations listed here current clients?
No. The projects listed represent completed work from different periods. Some government and departmental projects were completed approximately ten years ago. They are included as professional experience, not as current client relationships.
Does OrreryHIM currently support the police department websites?
No. The Sirmaur Police and Baddi Police website projects form part of OrreryHIM’s earlier experience. OrreryHIM does not currently provide support to those departments.
Is School Buddy an online school-management system?
School Buddy is a complete school-management software system. Its core operations were designed to run locally within the school, reducing dependence on the internet. Only selected services, such as online fee collection, used internet-based integration.
Can similar systems be developed for another organisation?
A new system can be planned after reviewing the organisation’s current process, users, data, required reports, deployment environment and long-term support needs.
Can an existing software or website be improved?
Existing systems can be reviewed for structure, usability, database quality, reporting, responsiveness and technical condition. The safest improvement method depends on the existing source code, access and platform.
